These are bad a$$, I've gone threw a lot of ear phones and few have made it. Between the sweat and abuise, they make it. The rubber piece that attaches protects them from the sweat and really gets the music directly to your ear. Be careful not to have your phone all the way up. Speakers are not Bose quality but they still sound really good. You get a great product for a great price. And another reason I like these is they actually stay in your ear and don't fall out. And a added bonus is you can control the volume/forward/backward/pause/play. I picked up my first pair from Academy and now I have the pair with the control/mic that I bought from Amazon. So I have nothing bad to say.
