I originally got these for a specific reason, which I can't remember now. But they have worked really well with my MacBook Pro when I need to connect it to another device. I haven't used them much, but they are working. The adapter has to be in my computer, it doesn't seem to work going the other way. Which is totally fine with me.I did not use it as to plug a camera so I don't know. it worked for what I needed them forI like these for my new Apple MacBook M2 laptop for usb connections. This laptop only has C ports. This allows a usb dongle not to stick out from the laptop so far.This work great, and I dont have any connection errors. I have used them with USB drives, power banks, generators, and I have other items I will test them on, but I doubt they will pose problems.Are use this adapter all the time It is a very smart idea, the only problem is it ends up on the bottom of my computer back and I have to search for it I’ll figure something outGreat adapter to prevent from bending the charging cord or headphones when plugged into the bottom or side of a deviceWhere are useful works fineCan't go wrong with these. Love em, got them to use my USB peripherals with my new MacBook Pro which only has Type C ports on it. Flawless.
