Sometimes I have issues when using the dual HDMI ports; requiring me to restart my computer. This hub gets extremely hot while in use (to be expected); but seems to be OK. Overall the hub works well and I am happy with it.Update 7/12/21. Purchased 2/8/21. It no longer passthrough enough charge to power the laptops. I have a Dell Latitude, and a Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon. The power continues to be strong enough to charge the peripherals such as the phones, monitor, and the watch, but not the laptops. I can workaround it since the return window closed so I'll keep it. But still, this thing is hobbled. And also, cannot find the support number to call for help.-----------------6 USB ports (3x3.0, 2x2.0, 1xUSB_C) !! Reasonably priced.This Hub connects to my laptops, either the Dell Latitude or the Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon running Windows 10. It is connected to 1 monitor, 2 phones, a mouse, a usb headset and a smart watch. They all communicate appropriately and stay charged. I really like having the additional ports available even though I don't use them yet.Note, the USB-C power delivery (PD) wall charger is not included. That you have to provide yourself, such as using the ones that come with the laptop. This allows passthrough charge to all the connected devices. My previous Hub had only 2 USBs so this makes life much easier.Ths is a good and versatile product. work fine , very good at handling 2 external screen . Plus it as 2 USB-C.I have been using this for 2 days , so far all is good. Though it is a little heavier than the other one i use on the go. I just wish that they paid more attention to aethetic. Initially I looked at some Apple branded adapter which are kinda expensive and only gives you 2 to 3 ports, that's it. Glad I found some all in one hubs and this one is a new product so I decided to give it a try. It came in a small box(with some standard warranty paper you will normal get from any product). It's just about a hand big which is relative small to me compared to those many ports usb-c docking stations out there and no specific power adapter is needed which is a plus one for me. EZ setup, just plug in stuff and you are good to go. I also tested the Power Delivery and it's charging my MBP no problem. So from now on I only need this one usb-c hub on my desk or travelling around. It's really convenient and saves me some hassle.Every port works as described! It powers my 2019 Macbook Pro as well as output HDMI @4K/60Hz!It's also simultaneously powering my USB HD Webcam, my keyboard and trackpad! Just awesome!I did purchase another powered USB-C Hub prior to purchasing this one, but that one short circuited itself within less than a month's time. I'm hoping that this one doesn't, however the 2-year warranty makes me feel a LOT better about this purchase even if it does decide to die on me later.I'm not bashful about returning products that don't meet my needs, aren't the same or better than advertised or don't have the value I expect. This is a sturdy, nice looking product that I recommend!This device is greater most things, but when I plug in more than one usb device too much power gets pulled and blam no power for the devices.More amps would be betterI needed this because I only have two USB ports on my laptop And I need at least four. So it does what it’s supposed to do. My only complaint is that the USB-C connector is pretty short and I elevate my laptop on a stand so it ends up dangling from it.I tried multiple hubs in the past 1 month before finally settling on this one. Works well, stable and doesn't run too hot.
