I gave this 10-in-1 USB-C hub only four stars because my wireless keyboard and mouse sometimes don't register through it. It has to be very close to them in order to always work and have no delay in response. But other than that, I love having all my stuff plugged into one thing and not have to worry about having enough ports of various kinds on my laptop.I have two of these one at home and one at the office. I bought one and a couple months later I bought another. I have an ASUS notebook. At home I connect two external HDMI monitors so I can have an extended desktop and a Cat5 ethernet cable. At work I have one external monitor, cat 5 ethernet and a USB printer. It was super easy to set up, it remembers the setup and so far they work flawlessly. One thing I have noticed is they get quite warm after using for a while. Not like it would start a fire or anything but to create heat like that IMO it must be using power and heat can be the enemy of electronic devices. I had two other similar docking stations before that were very temperamental then ultimately failed.Edit: died after two weeks. Not sure why. Getting a replacement. Will see how long they one lasts. Changing to 4 starLet's just say I was about to throw away my 12 year old Fujitsu scanner 1500 as it was constantly needing installing. Not sure why. My laptop had two USB 2.0 port and I had to constantly change between scanner, printer, PIV card, and give dictation microphone, external hard disk.... After getting this and plugging into thunderbolt (Lenovo Thinkpad), I was able to attach all externals without worrying about unplugging and plugging and scanner of all started working flawlessly...it's a 5 star for me !I used the dock to pass through from my laptops 100w usb c charger. The last two days the dock no longer passes the power through at full speed/wattage. My laptop reports a low power source and drains faster than it charger. I've ensure I'm plugged into the thunderbolt/charging USB-C port.I ask that the seller contact me for a warranty replacement!Edit: Seller reached out and provided a warranty replacement that has been working well.Excellent producti'm quite surprised it's comes quickly to here (international shipping)all port tested and worked as intended (tested on iPad Pro M1)though only 1 downside is, the type c port is kinda loose in some of my peripheraleverything else is fine, working without problemOverall the build seems decent quality, but the primary issue I have with this is that the USB-C cable that connects to your computer is very short.My laptop sits on a Nexstand and with the cable for this hub plugged in, the hub sits hanging off the side instead of flat on my desk.Sending back for this reason alone.This product is exactly what I needed. Compact and sturdy. Works perfectly with my home studio. The attachment cable could be longer and I think it’s a bit overpriced. Works very well and allows me to use USBs and hdmi cables. My only complaint is they have included a USB 2.0 port, which is quite unnecessary and is of no use to me. I would have much preferred three USB-3 ports.I would have preferred that the USB cable going to my laptop be longer so I could hide the docking station under the desk and save space on my desk. I had to buy a separate extension to do so. Be careful if you do this to keep it as short as possible so not to lose monitor signal.While you may be thinking this appears to be the cheapest usb-c hub that can do 4k 60Hz over HDMI think again, as it has a huge issue with WIFI interference that makes it pretty well unbearable.Plugging it into the back left port reduces my wifi speeds by a factor of at least 10, reducing my internet to unusable levels. The second port fares a little better but it still appears to be around a factor of 5. 5GHz may help the issue but I have not gotten that far in testing, avoid and pay the extra for a shielded product.A good quality usb c adaptor and its made of aluminum. Everything works fine so far, the price seems a little high than I expect, but I guess I pay for what I get.
